**Klook - Global Marketing Team**

**Klook is a leading global travel and leisure booking platform, helping millions of users discover and book the best experiences anytime, anywhere. We are seeking a commercially minded and data-driven professional to help scale our global**affiliates and partnerships channel**. This role goes beyond relationship management and combines strong channel operations, commercial strategy and performance accountability to drive incremental revenue and sustainable growth across our markets and verticals.**

**What you’ll do (Main Accountabilities)**
- ** Grow our affiliate channels**: Manage end-to-end operations across global affiliate networks, platforms, and partners; from acquisition and onboarding, to day-to-day optimization, tracking, and scaling.**
- ** Drive commercial growth**: Develop strategies that improve ROI and incremental revenue through smarter commission models, funding structures, and incentive programs.**
- ** Expand reach through partnerships**: Identify, negotiate, and execute co-marketing initiatives with financial institutions, platforms and cross-industry partners to amplify our customer acquisition goals.**
- ** Co-lead cross-functional initiatives**: Partner with product, data, finance, and regional teams to design campaigns that align affiliate performance with broader business goals.**
- ** Optimize performance with data**: Build / access dashboards, develop custom frameworks and methodologies to measure campaign and channel efficiency, ensuring spend is tied to incremental growth.**
- ** Be the point of accountability**: Take ownership as one of the key drivers for our affiliate and partnerships performance, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders while hitting growth and revenue targets.**

**What you’ll need (Capabilities)**
- ** 5-8 years of experience in affiliate networks, partnerships, or channel management (travel, e-commerce, or performance marketing experience strongly preferred).**
- ** Proven success in building and scaling affiliate programs with measurable revenue impact.**
- ** Strong commercial mindset with experience in basic commercial revenue management, funding models, and ROI optimization.**
- ** Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills at senior levels.**
- ** Strong cross-team collaboration and project management experience in complex, multi-market setups.**
- ** Highly data-driven, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and translate them into growth strategies.**
- ** Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.**
- ** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.**
