Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role involves identifying and recruiting top talent in various capacities, fostering a robust pipeline of skilled professionals.

  • This will involve utilizing various recruitment strategies including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking to identify and attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Developing effective job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements to showcase the company's unique value proposition.
  • Streamlining the offer process by extending offers and negotiating employment terms while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Assuming ownership of the onboarding process, ensuring seamless transitions for new hires and their integration into the team.
  • Cultivating a positive interview experience through thorough communication and open feedback channels.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
  • An ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving; strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, with a strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders, colleagues, and clients.
