About the Role

As a key member of our team, you'll have the chance to build relationships with clients and candidates alike, sourcing and screening top talent for some of the world's leading companies. Your expertise will be invaluable in aligning candidate aspirations with client hiring needs, driving successful placements and fostering long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities
  1. Sourcing and screening candidates to match their skills and experience with client requirements
  2. Coordinating interview processes, facilitating offers, and negotiating employment contracts
  3. Building relationships through face-to-face, phone, and video meetings to identify new opportunities for both clients and candidates
  4. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment
  5. Collaborating with team members to maintain a positive, supportive, and friendly work environment
  6. Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance recruitment efficiency and results
  7. Mentoring junior recruiters to help them grow and develop their skills and confidence in the recruitment process

Requirements
  • 1-3 years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing, preferably in the technology space
  • Proven track record in sourcing, client management, and closing roles across various levels
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and hiring decisions
  • Passion for business development and building lasting relationships with both candidates and clients
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach
  • Interest in mentoring others and contributing to the growth of junior team members and overall team development
