System Architect

We are looking for a highly skilled System Architect to lead the design and integration of complex systems, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, hands-on experience in system design, and the ability to provide technical leadership.

About the Role

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for the architecture, design, and integration of complex systems. As a System Architect, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all technical requirements are met and industry security standards are complied with.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and integration of complex systems, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentor junior engineers to establish best practices for system integration and engineering processes.
  • Adopt various software development tools and software frameworks used by the project team.
  • Generate engineering documentation within the team to document the requirements, design, and test areas to be developed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in system architecture, integration methodologies, and relevant technologies in software and hardware areas.
  • Experience in managing technical projects, including scope definition, timeliness, and risk management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with defence standards such as MIL-STD is a plus.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, protocols, and best practices in system integration and engineering.
