Job Title: Healthcare Ambassador

As a Healthcare Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your key responsibilities will include developing sustained collaborations with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to drive competitive sales growth, personalizing and orchestrating customer engagement journeys, building relationships by listening to HCP needs, and following up on customer feedback to create additional value.

  • Drive sales growth by engaging with HCPs through value-based conversations, understanding their challenges and decision-making drivers.
  • Develop and implement personalized customer engagement strategies that reflect customer preferences and leverage available content across multiple channels.
  • Build strong relationships with HCPs by actively listening to their needs and understanding their healthcare environment.
  • Follow up on customer feedback and translate responses into actions to create additional value.
  • Demonstrate integrity and honesty in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum Diploma in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical, Nursing, or a related discipline.
  • 1-2 years of experience covering hospitals, with an entry-level position considered for those with a good learning attitude.
  • Proficiency in English, with digital and technology savvy skills in Microsoft Suite.
