Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Specialist to join our team at SMRT Corporation Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to utilize their expertise in SAP FICO and REFX modules, as well as their ability to work independently and manage complex system development projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business solutions using SAP FI modules (AP, AR, FA, GL, Cost Center Accounting), with a focus on providing high-quality support and maintenance services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical specifications for system enhancements and new implementations.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot system problems within SAP FI and integration with other SAP modules or non-SAP systems, ensuring that user requirements are met.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including functional specifications, UAT test cases, and cutover activities.
  • Manage system incident tickets/service requests to ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Carry out root-cause analysis, contribute to knowledge base, and provide recommendations for continuous improvements to workflow, process, and technology.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in working with senior functional/business stakeholders, with a strong understanding of SAP Support Operations.
  • Familiarity with interfaces through PI from third-party systems like Maximo, Anaplan, Treasury, and Tenant Management (POS) Systems.
  • Ability to prepare UNIT Testing documents, Integration Testing Documents, and End User Manuals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Sound knowledge in SAP FI modules (AP, AR, FA, GL, Cost Center Accounting), with knowledge in REFX module desirable.
  • Experience in implementing and supporting interfaces from/to non-SAP systems.
  • Knowledge of ABAP, SAP script, Smart-forms, User Exits, BADI, ALV report, BDC, Dialog programming, and Web Services desirable.
  • Ability to work with vendor/project manager on new integration with SAP FI.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, plus benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
