We are seeking an accomplished Business Growth Strategist to lead our sales expansion efforts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive business strategies to increase revenue streams. Key responsibilities include leading sales teams, designing business strategies, recruiting top talent, and fostering strong customer relationships through partnership and understanding of customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and expansion
- Lead high-performing sales teams to achieve aggressive growth targets and hit sales milestones
- Design and implement comprehensive business strategies to expand customer base and drive revenue
- Promote strong customer relationships through partnership and understanding of customer needs
Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in business administration or related field with excellent academic record
- Previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager with consistent target achievement, showcasing leadership skills
- Credible communication, presentation and influencing skills at all organizational levels, fostering collaboration and driving results
- Ability to drive sales process from plan to close, capitalizing on opportunities and minimizing risks
