Electrical Project Management Opportunity
">We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Manager to lead our project team in overseeing project progression while managing costs and ensuring adherence to timelines.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and supervising subcontractors' work, ensuring it aligns with shop drawings, method statements, materials, and samples.
- Liaison with relevant authorities, subcontractors, consultants, and clients on shop drawings, materials, and samples is also required to ensure alignment and approval.
- The project manager will ensure that electrical and ELV design drawings meet all design specifications and guidelines, while identifying and resolving any discrepancies between electrical, structural, ID, architectural, and client requirements.
- Applying sound technical knowledge in Electrical and ELV services to address potential issues and discrepancies is essential.
- The project manager will drive project execution to meet deadlines, ensuring all milestones are achieved as per plan.
- Attending meetings with contractors, providing updates and addressing any issues to maintain smooth project progression is a key responsibility.
- The project manager will review and study project drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with standards and project requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Electrical or M&E field, with managerial experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills are required.
- Good communication skills are necessary.
