Project Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced project coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage projects across multiple disciplines, including electrical engineering and project management.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and contractors.
  • Manage project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Higher NITEC in Electrical Engineering preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with design and visualization software such as AutoCAD and BIM an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Experience in project supervision and coordination, with good understanding of project workflows and timelines.
