Electrical Project Lead

As an Electrical Project Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of various electrical projects. This includes ensuring timely project completion, meeting technical requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project progress and performance
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project updates and goals
  • Evaluate project feasibility, cost, and technical requirements
  • Review electrical services shop drawings and BIM models
  • Liaise with government agencies, consultants, and project developers
  • Build and maintain key client relationships
  • Identify and manage necessary resources to complete projects
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust with clients. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, demonstrated leadership capabilities, and a positive working attitude.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Demonstrated leadership and executional capabilities
  • Positive working attitude and high level of professionalism
  • Client-focused and able to build strong relationships
  • Required skills: AutoCad, MS Project, BIM Software
  • Required language: English and Mandarin (candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred)
  • At least 5 years of working experience in related fields
