We are seeking a seasoned Sales professional to lead our Partner Sales efforts in Singapore. As a Partner Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute partner plans to achieve yearly business goals for Cloud solutions
  • Identify and recruit high-quality partners in Singapore, and formulate expansion plans to drive growth
  • Support the development and cultivation of localized channels, ensuring local coverage and customer discovery
  • Empower partners through systematic training and certification programs to enhance their sales and service capabilities
  • Manage partner relationships, resolve conflicts, and formulate incentive policies to protect partner interests
  • Prioritize partner satisfaction, responding promptly to reasonable demands and making informed decisions
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of Sales experience in Channel/Partner Sales within the Technology sector
  • Proven experience in Cloud Solutions and managing multiple partners in Singapore
  • Ability to recruit new partners and manage existing relationships
