Job Description

This is a key management role in our coffee team.

  • Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating stock to maintain high levels of inventory control.
  • Schedule team members' shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive daily sales growth and achieve targets.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Prepare various types of coffee and non-coffee beverages according to recipes and tailor to customer preferences.
  • Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to customers, including operating and maintaining cleanliness and functionality of coffee equipment.
  • Uphold high standards of quality in every aspect of coffee preparation, adhering to food safety and hygiene guidelines.
  • Upsell additional menu items to enhance the customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience in latte art and pour-over techniques preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multiple task.
• Attention to detail and a passion for coffee.
