Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include supporting sales teams, managing customer relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Administration/Support
    • Process customer purchase orders and manage stock reservations.
    • Raise and submit purchase requisitions for equipment, parts, and accessories.
    • Communicate with customers, suppliers, and vendors about shipments and order updates.
    • Ensure timely delivery of goods by coordinating with Warehouse and Logistics teams.
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and disputes (e.g., pricing, stock, invoices).
    • Support Sales Managers with proposals, quotations, and project price negotiations.
    • Maintain organized filing and documentation.
  • Marketing Communication
    • Assist in organizing events like trade shows, seminars, and dealer meetings.
    • Prepare and update marketing materials and website content.
    • Coordinate with trade magazines and media agencies.

Requirements:

  • Nitec / Diploma in any field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related role.
  • Singaporean citizenship.
