Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Executive to join our Business Development team as a key support specialist. This role will play a crucial part in the team's operations, ensuring efficient coordination of business development activities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily administrative tasks for the Business Development team.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, events, and arrangements for team members.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and files in both physical and electronic formats.
Key Performance Areas:
  • Administrative Support:
    • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations for the Business Development team.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules for team members.
    • Handle all administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Communication and Coordination:
    • Foster strong relationships between the Business Development team and other departments or external parties.
    • Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • Data Management:
    • Analyze and present data related to business development initiatives.
    • Manage databases and CRM systems to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Project Support:
    • Assist in implementing business development projects and initiatives.
    • Monitor project progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Salary Estimate:

The estimated monthly salary for this position ranges from SGD $4,500 to SGD $6,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
