Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Junior Secretary to join our team as an Executive Assistant. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating events, and maintaining confidential files.
Responsibilities- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate meeting venues.
- Coordinate events such as conferences, meetings, and other company functions.
- Book meeting rooms, set up video conference calls, and arrange logistics for events.
- Perform various administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Make travel arrangements and coordinate with drivers for assignments.
- Maintain confidential files and records.
- Assist executives with project tasks and provide general administrative support.
- Diploma or Degree from a recognized tertiary institution.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Meticulous attention to detail and flexibility to work outside regular hours.
- Proficient in MS Office.
We offer a competitive salary of SGD $35,000 - $45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
