Network Infrastructure Specialist Job Opportunity

This is a hands-on, field-based role that requires strong technical expertise and independent working skills to ensure the reliable operation of mobile network infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform RAN preventive/corrective maintenance tasks such as managing daily operations, diagnosing/resolving network issues, implementing updates/upgrades, and monitoring/enhancing efficiency/effectiveness.
  • Conduct RF testing/troubleshooting tasks including performing RF testing/optimization for outdoor 4G/5G projects, troubleshooting/designing/planning RF network coverage using test tools like spectrum analyzers.
  • Operate SYSCON duties including monitoring/network failures, executing corrective actions, reporting/updating customers, liaising with agencies/building owners, and assisting in log retrieval.
  • General tasks include supporting project teams to meet delivery milestones, working with sub-contractors to ensure quality/timely delivery, and preparing technical documentation/reports.

Requirements:
  • Able to travel offshore (at least 4 hours sail time one-way, estimated 3x per year).
  • Able to perform standby duty/shifting work.
  • Able to climb Jacob Ladders (must clear the ladder course for accessing certain offshore sites).
  • 3 years out-field operations experience with at least 1 year relevant mobile network industry experience.
  • Experience in commissioning/maintaining BTS equipment.
  • Class 3 driving license required.
  • Min NITEC qualifications in relevant fields.
  • Only Singaporean candidates eligible due to Cat2A security clearance requirements.
  • Experience in RF testing for indoor/outdoor advantageous.
  • Positive work attitude/self-motivation with customer-first mindset.
