- Good communication with customers
- Posses technical knowledge to diagnose and repair consumer electronics
- Ability to use computer systems to support repair processes
- Prefer to have hands-on experience.
- Ensure compliance with all workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedures
- Communicate with customers via phone / face to face to identify and diagnose for errors or technical issues (Hardware / Software).
- Excellent knowledge in disassembling and re-assembling all PC devices.

Carry out high quality repair in 3C order.
