Chief Mobile Network Infrastructure Specialist

Our team is seeking an accomplished Mobile Network Maintenance Engineer to ensure the optimal performance of Radio Access Network (RAN) equipment and mobile networks. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization tasks to guarantee high-quality service delivery.
Maintain and enhance the efficiency and security of RAN components by implementing software updates, hardware upgrades, and patches in a timely manner.
Diagnose and resolve network faults, issues, and service outages using advanced tools and techniques within agreed timeframes.
Conduct RF testing, analysis, and coverage optimization for outdoor and in-building networks to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Collaborate with customers, maintenance teams, and stakeholders to provide timely updates on network issues and resolutions.
Key qualifications include:
A degree in Engineering or a related field (ITE, Diploma, or equivalent).
A minimum of 3 years of experience in field operations, with at least 1 year in the mobile network industry.
Strong knowledge of RAN and RF testing principles, as well as hands-on experience with troubleshooting tools.
A valid Class 3 driving license for travel to offshore sites.
This role requires strong communication, reporting, and customer service skills, along with the ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
