Real Estate Investment Opportunities

Job Description:

This role sits within the Fund Management and Investment platforms, focusing on raising capital and driving capital deployment decisions to create value for investors through listed REITs, business trusts, and private funds that invest globally in real estate, infrastructure, data centres, and alternative asset classes.

The intern will be responsible for supporting the Investment team at Keppel Education Asset Fund in preparing financial models, internal presentations, and papers for approvals. The opportunity to present to senior management may arise where applicable.

Key tasks include maintaining and updating the KEAF internal database and Power BI as part of day-to-day operations. Prior knowledge of Power BI is not necessary, as the intern can learn on the job.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong interest in real estate investment with a keen desire to learn.
  • Second or third-year undergraduate studying towards a degree in accountancy, finance, economics, real estate, or another related subject.
  • Excellent excel modelling and analysis skills.
  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative).
