Senior Executive/Assistant Manager Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to support the operations and engagement activities of our Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about public health initiatives and wish to build a career in academic or research administration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Centre Manager in daily operations and workflows;
  • Managing administrative tasks, including procurement, office coordination, KPI reporting, and event organization;
  • Handling communication with stakeholders via the Centre's main inbox;
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items;
  • Developing communication materials such as website content, newsletters, and reports;
  • Liaising with institutional departments and external partners for research initiatives;
  • Engaging with patient partners and coordinating activities for the TARIPH Patient Network.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in any field;
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in academic, healthcare, or research administration (fresh graduates with strong interest may be considered);
  • Experience in event coordination or stakeholder engagement is a plus;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Adobe/content design software is advantageous;
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and pay attention to detail.
