Job Description: We are seeking a talented and ambitious healthcare professional to join our organization in various roles. As an Executive/ Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with hospitals and healthcare organizations to outsource functions and embark on a rewarding career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Operations: Manage day-to-day clinical operations, including call centers, inpatient services, business offices, and other functions.
  • Primary Care/Eldercare: Develop and implement primary care and eldercare strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Corporate Development/Planning: Drive business growth through strategic planning, market research, and analysis.
  • Emergency Planning: Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans to ensure seamless operations during critical events.
  • Patient Relations: Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Data Analytics: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
  • Environmental/Facilities Management: Oversee maintenance and upkeep of facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for employees and patients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Minimum 0-2 years of relevant work experience preferred; more than 5 years may be considered for senior positions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask questions and clarify issues when needed.
  • Experience in healthcare and/or system implementations is advantageous.
