**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Credit Management Specialist to oversee the entire credit management process for the APAC region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and evaluating customers' credit worthiness, improving growth of the region through cycle times like DSO and cash collections, building good relationships and rapport with customers and stakeholders, managing timely and accurate collections knock-off with customers and Global Shared Service Centre (GSSC), and supporting month-end closing, forecasting and budgeting requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company's credit control and accounts receivable processes;
  • Oversee the entire credit management process for the APAC region;
  • Manage and evaluate customers' credit worthiness;
  • Improve growth of the region through improving cycle times like DSO and cash collections;
  • Build good relationships and rapport with customers and stakeholders;
  • Manage timely and accurate collections knock-off with customers and Global Shared Service Centre (GSSC);
  • Support month-end closing, forecasting and budgeting requirements as and when required.

**Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint);
  • At least 3 years of experience in Credit Control;
  • Resilient, assertive in communication with customers and stakeholders;
  • Well organised, independent and a team player;
  • Proficient in using SAP/BPC.

**Bonus Points if You Have:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field;
  • Prior experience in Consumer Electronics or FMCG industries;
  • Ability to recognize financial implications of business decisions and strategy;
  • Talent and aptitude to analyse and solve problems independently;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
