Job Title: Credit Management Specialist

Description

We are seeking an experienced Credit Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating customer accounts in SAP, reviewing and processing new customer applications, and monitoring daily sales transactions for credit holds.

You will also be responsible for communicating with customers, disseminating invoices and statements of accounts, and preparing regular collections and AR status reports.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant working experience, proficiency in MS software including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and experience with SAP.

Requirements

  • At least 2-year relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in MS software including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • SAP working experience is preferred but not necessary.

Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to prioritize issues, and have a sense of urgency and ownership of tasks.

They will also be comfortable working closely with different departments simultaneously and have a strong analytical skillset.
