Job Title: Construction Design Project Manager

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects from inception to completion. This involves collaborating closely with clients, architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that designs meet technical requirements and are feasible within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control.

Design Coordination: Work collaboratively with designers, engineers, and architects to develop detailed designs in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and ensure they meet technical building standards.

Scheduling and Cost Control: Establish schedules and monitor progress to reduce overhead costs and overtime for workers.

Research and Development: Conduct research to identify suitable materials and products for designs, ensuring they are technically feasible and meet client requirements.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 5 years' experience in construction, preferably as a female designer.
- Interior design skills and knowledge of relevant software (BIM).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
