**Job Title:** Construction Project Manager

A construction project manager plays a pivotal role in the successful delivery of construction projects across various regions. They will lead the full project lifecycle, ensuring technical excellence, timely execution, and stakeholder alignment.

The project manager is responsible for CSA planning, design coordination, and execution across all project phases. This includes managing site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure timely, quality delivery.

They oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Additionally, they ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards, resolving design and construction issues with stakeholders.

The project manager also administers contracts and ensures compliance with terms. They report project status to senior management and clients, identifying and mitigating project risks proactively.

Supporting feasibility studies, tenders, and design deliverables for new and expansion projects is another key responsibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in construction project management in mission-critical environments.
  • Proven success in delivering large-scale construction projects.
  • Experience with general contractors is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of structural systems, architectural finishes, and construction methods.
  • Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Primavera, or ProCore.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to relocate for project assignments.
  • Certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) and tendering experience are beneficial.
