Project Coordinator for Architectural Works

As a skilled project coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing architectural works, ensuring timely and smooth progress while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Your exceptional leadership skills and ability to work independently will be essential in coordinating with clients, consultants, project teams, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering and a minimum of three years' experience in supervising architectural works. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital in this role, as you will need to interact effectively with people at all levels and work collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate architectural drawings and works, prepare, submit, and update shop drawings
  • Manage material requisition, schedule works, control costs, supervise projects, and document progress
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and achieve high-quality outcomes
  • Supervise on-site activities and coordinate with subcontractors
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
