Job Overview

A highly skilled Senior Architectural Coordinator is required to collaborate with architectural services and other trades on-site.

The ideal candidate will manage architectural work scheduling, material procurement, cost control, project oversight, and documentation.

  • Assist in the implementation, monitoring, and review of a construction management plan.
  • Supervise and inspect all architectural work performed by sub-contractors.
  • Ensure adherence to architectural specifications and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Engage stakeholders actively and develop beneficial relationships between the project and the client, subcontractors, community, and other external parties.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage civil, architectural, and/or E&M building services works of similar scale and complexity.
  • Oversee project coordination, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective cost control measures to ensure budget compliance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum educational qualification of a Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in Building or Architecture.
  • At least 3 years experience in managing civil, architectural and/or E&M building services works of similar scale and complexity.
