**Job Title:** Architectural Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Project Manager to lead our architectural project teams by outlining and assigning work, reviewing technical accuracy and technical outcomes. This role involves managing and coordinating with consultants, ensuring timely submissions and approvals, and communicating effectively with the project team.

Responsibilities:
  • Attend technical meetings and site visits to ensure technical solutions are implemented effectively.
  • Lead architectural project teams by outlining and assigning work, reviewing technical accuracy and technical outcomes.
  • Manage consultants to meet project program, design deliverables, and authority submission requirements.
  • Review and value-add to designs, specifications, and drawings submitted by consultants.
  • Coordinate with structural and M&E teams to ensure final designs align with architect's intent and requirements.
  • Inform project managers on any technical or site problems related to architectural works.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural coordination works.
  • Conversant with local codes and authority submissions.
  • Proficient in software such as Revit, AutoCad, Sketch-up, and others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
