**Job Opportunity: Patient Service Coordinator**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Patient Service Coordinator on a 1-year contract basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient service, working closely with reputable healthcare organizations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Register and schedule appointments for patients in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate referrals for specialist consultations with precision and attention to detail.
  • Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of GCE N/O/A Level or Diploma in any field of study.
  • Proven customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Able to commence work immediately or with short notice, providing flexibility in scheduling.
