The ideal candidate will maintain project schedules by monitoring progress, coordinating activities, and resolving any arising issues. They will collaborate closely with the team to ensure client requirements are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead complex projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and resource allocation.
  • Team Guidance: Provide expert guidance to junior engineers, enhancing their professional growth and development.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in high-level meetings, fostering strong relationships with partners, clients, and vendors.
  • Project Scheduling: Maintain project schedules by monitoring progress, coordinating activities, and resolving any arising issues.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marine engineering.
  • Qualifications: A Class 2B or Class 3 driving license will be advantageous.
