Senior Project Engineer

**Job Description & Responsibilities**:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Senior Project Engineer is responsible for the following:
- Lead and manage project supervisors to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Ensure adherence to project budgets, schedules, and scope of work, while deploying appropriate staff resources.
- Review and assess project drawings, plans, specifications, and other relevant documents.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues arising during project execution and implement timely resolutions.
- Conduct and actively participate in weekly site meetings to monitor project progress.
- Collaborate with the Safety Officer to ensure compliance with quality standards and health & safety regulations.
- Monitor site staff to ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations.
- Prepare and submit project reports in a timely manner.
- Develop project drawings, including as-built drawings and shop drawings, as required.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of a Reconized Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft.
- Possession of a personal vehicle is advantageous.
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience in construction or civil engineering projects, preferably in landed housing or fit-out jobs for shops.
- Certification in BCSS (Building Construction Supervisor Safety) or higher safety certification.
- Proficiency in CAD drawing and MPP
