Singapore ALPHA ENGINEERING AND CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. Full time

Ø Generate new enquiries for Structural steel works and metal works for development of business and company growth.

Ø Carry out tendering process and provide technical input to secure the projects.

Ø Identify new source of business development, product development etc.

Ø Develop business strategy and implementation for business growth.

Ø Ensure proper planning and execution of projects to meet or exceed performance in term of quality and time frame.

Ø To coordinate with main contractor and other stake holder (client, consultant etc)

Ø Review staff requirement, carry recruitment, training, and deployment.

Ø Direct all the available resources to respective team to various phases of project.

Ø Preparation of project budget, allocation of budget for allocation, monitoring and controlling of budget to achieve the expected profit from the project.

Ø Embrace and drive the company initiatives in areas of technology adoption, innovation, recasting.

Ø Lead the teams of Structural steel work and metal works In design, fabrication and installation.

Requirement:
Ø At least 10-year experience with min 5 years in Managerial/Management Position.

Ø Preferably Senior Manager / Senior Project Manager specialised in Engineering - structural steel work in design / fabrication / installation.

Ø Should have handled Structural steel projects, HDB project, Private Condo

Ø Should have good leadership and entrepreneurship / organisation skill to manage and develop the business.
