Workshop Supervisor

As a key member of our team, the Workshop Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our testing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in the testing and evaluation of multi-way valves and HPS pumps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to a team of technicians in the testing and evaluation of multi-way valves and HPS pumps.
  • Testing and Evaluation: Supervise the examination and troubleshooting of multi-way valves and HPS pumps to identify flaws, malfunctions, or performance problems.
  • Testing Management: Oversee and direct the multi-way valve testing procedure to ensure that quality guidelines and procedures are followed.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance procedures to ensure the precision and dependability of FIVA component testing.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in testing procedures and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to staff to improve their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a marine or mechanical engineering degree or diploma.
  • At least five years of experience working in the marine, offshore, or power generation industries with two- and four-stroke diesel engines, as well as familiarity with high-speed engines.
