Job Title

Senior Design Producer is a critical role that oversees the end-to-end design workflow, ensuring alignment across multiple teams and projects. The ideal candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure design efficiency, collaboration, quality, and scalability.


Responsibilities
  1. Operational Efficiency
    • Develop efficient design processes and best practices to streamline activities.

  2. Collaboration & Communication
    • Act as a liaison between design, product management, engineering, and other teams.

  3. Resource Management
    • Manage design resources, including project planning and scheduling.

  4. Tooling & Infrastructure
    • Evaluate, implement, and manage design tools and platforms.

  5. Scaling & Culture
    • Develop onboarding processes and training programs.
    • Foster a culture of inclusivity, creativity, and continuous learning.

  6. Metrics & Reporting
    • Establish and track key performance indicators.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Management or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years in design operations, project management, or a similar role within a company of equivalent scale.
  • Strong understanding of design thinking, user-centered design principles, and agile methodologies.
  • Proficient in design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.

Nice to Have
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese, requiring liaison with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
