Horticulturist Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Horticulturist to oversee and manage our landscape job sites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting site visits/inspections, attending site meetings, maintaining photo records/database, preparing relevant reports/meeting minutes quotations, and handling customer feedback.

Additionally, you will oversee the implementation of consultancy projects, maintenance projects, and landscape upgrading/improvement/ad hoc works. You will also contribute to sales & marketing efforts and help achieve company goals/sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate landscape job sites, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Conduct site inspections and attend meetings to discuss project progress and address any concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, including photos and meeting minutes.
  • Prepare quotes and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
