We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Specialist to lead our team in delivering exceptional landscaping services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in horticulture and landscape management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all landscaping operations within the designated area to ensure high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations.
- Liaise with stakeholders to discuss work arrangements, conduct site inspections, schedule meetings, provide feedback, and address any complaints or concerns.
- Develop and implement routine work schedules, prepare service reports, and respond promptly to ad-hoc job requests.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety protocols, adhering to established guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Offer expert horticultural advice on plant maintenance, selection, and planting works, as well as design and implement innovative landscaping projects.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:
- A minimum Diploma in Horticulture and Landscape or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Landscape Supervision.
- Possess a valid class 3 license (preference given).
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Photoshop.
- Team player with a proactive and independent approach.
