Landscaping Expert

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Management Professional to join our landscape management team.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and development of outdoor spaces. This includes managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Project Management Duties:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
- Site Operations:
- Supervise ground workers and assist with maintenance tasks, including gardening, pruning, and tree care.
- Work Programme Planning:
- Develop and implement work programmes, assessing performance and implementing improvements as needed.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality service levels.
- Administration:
- Handle administrative tasks related to works, including receiving and responding to client directions.
- Liaison:
- Liaise with clients to address enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Horticulture/Landscape Management: A minimum of a diploma in horticulture or landscape management is required, or an equivalent qualification.
- Arborist Certification: Certification as an arborist by the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) or an equivalent organisation is mandatory.
- Experience: At least 2 years' experience in the landscape industry is required.
- Outdoor Work: The ability to work outdoors and enjoy working in the sun is essential.
- Certifications: Holding a valid Class 2B or Class 3 driving licence is desirable but not essential.
