Job Title

Horticulture Specialist

Salary will be commensurate with experience.



Roles & Responsibilities

Our Horticulture Specialist will be responsible for performing landscaping work, inspecting and monitoring the conditions of landscape plantings to assess horticultural or environmental problems, and taking appropriate remedial action. They will also prepare reports and cost estimates, advise and supervise grounds personnel, identify pest and diseases, evaluate soil condition, and take appropriate remedial action.

They will ensure adequate supply of materials and equipment is available for assigned projects, ensure operational safety and readiness of equipment, and may station at project sites.

Additional duties include responsibility for supervising others, managing resources, ensuring workplace safety, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.


Required Skills and Qualifications

* 5.5 days' work week

* Fresh graduates are welcome

* Minimum Diploma in Horticulture and Landscape / WSQ Advanced Certificate in Landscape Supervision or related work experience

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Basic knowledge of Microsoft word and excel

* Driving license class 3 will be preferred
