Job Title: Landscape Project Coordinator

Job Description

The role of the Landscape Project Coordinator is to facilitate and support various landscape projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend site visits and tender show rounds to ensure projects are progressing as planned.
  • Develop and propose sustainable landscape designs for specified sites, taking into account client requirements and project constraints.
  • Prepare quotes and landscape maintenance reports to ensure accurate and timely communication with clients.
  • Coordinate work orders with ground crew to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
  • Resolve complaints from clients on site in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare maintenance schedules to ensure ongoing upkeep and maintenance of landscape projects.
  • Monitor and record site staff attendance to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Manage multiple projects assigned and coordinate resources effectively to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Horticulture, Arboriculture or other related fields with a minimum of 1 year experience in landscaping industries.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese languages to deal with complaints from Chinese-speaking clients on site.
  • A dynamic and energetic individual with excellent team player skills.
  • Ability to lead and multitask effectively.
  • Committed to work and dedicated to delivering high-quality results.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Prefer candidates with horticulture or arborist knowledge.
  • On-the-job training provided for selected candidates.
  • Entry-level candidates with relevant Polytechnic / WSQ Diploma / Degree are welcomed.
