About our role:
We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our Tobacco Regulation Branch, supporting the National Tobacco Control Programme in Singapore. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team engaging with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and contribute to lowering smoking prevalence rates.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling enquiries from the public and other stakeholders
- Data entry, statistics generation, and data analytics
- Management and supervision of outsourced contractors
- Leading enforcement field activities as required
- Implementing work process improvements and digitalisation projects
- Performing other duties assigned by management
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Field enforcement and investigation experience would be advantageous
- Strong organisational skills, resourcefulness, and attention to detail
- Able to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders
- Effective communication and written skills
- Willingness to work beyond standard office hours when necessary
