Expert Frontend Architect

We're seeking a seasoned expert to lead our frontend engineering efforts. As a key member of our team, you will design and develop high-performance frontend systems, ensuring seamless user experiences and rapid page loads.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for crafting elegant technical solutions to complex business problems, collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams to drive project success.

  • Lead the development, refactoring, and optimization of core frontend projects.
  • Design and implement complex business requirements, delivering high-quality frontend solutions.
  • Continuously optimize page performance, interaction experience, and accessibility, resolving complex performance bottlenecks.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields, with 5+ years of frontend development experience.
  • Proficiency in at least one mainstream frontend framework (Vue/React/Angular), with deep knowledge of componentization and state management (Vuex/Pinia, Redux).
  • Familiarity with Webpack/Vite/Rollup, with experience in frontend engineering and performance optimization.

Bonus Points:
A bonus point if you have experience in unit testing, automated testing, and CI/CD workflows, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to mentor junior engineers.
