Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to join our innovative team in an AI-first development environment. In this senior-level role, you will leverage LLM-integrated development ecosystems to work closely under the guidance of a Frontend Architect or Expert Engineer, contributing to the design and development of our design systems and reusable components while ensuring adherence to best practices for modern, AI-assisted frontend development. You will play a crucial role in shaping the features and user interfaces of our enterprise products using AI-powered workflows, ensuring exceptional performance and scalability through intelligent tooling and automation.
Job Responsibilities:
Drive AI-assisted implementation of advanced features and user interfaces for high-impact enterprise products, utilizing LLM-powered IDEs like Cursor or Windsurf for accelerated development cycles
Leverage AI tooling to identify and spearhead the resolution of complex performance and scalability challenges through intelligent code analysis and optimization
Architect and maintain efficient, reusable, and scalable web and mobile applications using AI-powered code generation and refactoring tools
Collaborate with the Frontend Architect to design and develop sophisticated front-end frameworks and design systems that accelerate product development and elevate quality.
Collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, and create intuitive and compelling user experiences.
Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance on established best practices for frontend development, ensuring high standards are maintained.
Job Requirements:
Recent hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered development tools for production-grade applications.
Demonstrated experience in the development of reusable and high-performance user interface components.
Expertise in React or Vue component architecture in large codebases, focusing on high-performance requirements for user-facing applications.
Extensive experience in architectural design for complex front-end systems.
Proven track record in building and maintaining large-scale, maintainable, and testable codebases, including API design and unit testing.
Expertise in performance debugging and benchmarking.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Extensive experience with blockchain technology or AI integration.
Proficiency in multi-layered architecture with AI-powered microservices and intelligent caching strategies
Demonstrated leadership experience in AI-first frontend software engineering projects and mentoring teams on AI development workflows
Experience in 0-1 iterations of AI-enhanced greenfield projects OR delivery of features utilizing AI-powered development acceleration
