We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team in an AI-first development environment.

The ideal candidate will leverage LLM-integrated development ecosystems, work closely under the guidance of a Frontend Architect or Expert Engineer, and contribute to the design and development of our design systems and reusable components while ensuring adherence to best practices for modern, AI-assisted frontend development.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Drive AI-assisted implementation of advanced features and user interfaces for high-impact enterprise products, utilizing LLM-powered IDEs like Cursor or Windsurf for accelerated development cycles
  • Leverage AI tooling to identify and spearhead the resolution of complex performance and scalability challenges through intelligent code analysis and optimization
  • Architect and maintain efficient, reusable, and scalable web and mobile applications using AI-powered code generation and refactoring tools
  • Collaborate with the Frontend Architect to design and develop sophisticated front-end frameworks and design systems that accelerate product development and elevate quality
  • Collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, and create intuitive and compelling user experiences
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Recent hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered development tools for production-grade applications
  • Demonstrated experience in the development of reusable and high-performance user interface components
  • Expertise in React or Vue component architecture in large codebases, focusing on high-performance requirements for user-facing applications
  • Extensive experience in architectural design for complex front-end systems
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining large-scale, maintainable, and testable codebases, including API design and unit testing
  • Expertise in performance debugging and benchmarking
