Billing Officer Job Description">

As a Billing Officer, you will be responsible for assisting in the billing and issuing of invoices to our cargo and mail customers. This includes checking invoices received from airlines, ground handlers, and other service vendors for accuracy and ensuring that supporting documents are attached as required by customers.

  • Assist in the preparation and issuance of invoices for cargo and mail services;
  • Verify and process payment requests from customers;
  • Respond to customer queries regarding their invoices and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of billing information;

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel;
  • Previous experience in billing or accounts payable preferred but not necessary;
