Job Opportunity

The role of a skilled Customer Support Specialist is available in a dynamic team. This key member will provide exceptional customer service and support.

This position involves close collaboration with various departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution. The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Liaise with department managers regarding machines, customers, and staff-related matters.
  • Open and manage work orders to fulfill job requests efficiently.
  • Monitor and control work progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Raise local purchase orders for third-party services or external work.
  • Provide after-sales support to customers and collaborate with internal departments.
  • Mobilize service personnel for optimal resource utilization.
  • Coordinate and manage tasks assigned to subcontractors.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues when needed.
  • Ensure timely closure of work orders and invoicing to customers.
  • Offer technical support across the full product range.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of service personnel.
  • Supervise and guide team members on warranty SIM reports.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO procedures and quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, applicants must possess:

  • A minimum diploma in engineering or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in heavy equipment or engine systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive team player who can also work independently and take initiative.

In addition to these requirements, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
