About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Lead/Manager to spearhead our Billing team. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, setting goals and development targets, and providing feedback and support as needed.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing large-scale system control interfaces, be fluent in English, and possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Proficiency in Java 8, familiarity with design patterns, and experience in designing and developing large-scale distributed systems are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers, set goals and development targets, and provide feedback and support as needed.
  • Work closely with Product Managers to analyze product requirements and produce technical solutions and execution plans.
  • Design, implement, and deliver software functions.
  • Analyze and validate technical designs for software functions.
  • Review code from team members and ensure standards are met.
  • Engage with Product Managers to build a backlog that contributes to the execution of the roadmap.
  • Contribute to the hiring, training, and development of engineers within the managed team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • International clearing and settlement/foreign exchange transactions.
  • Cassandra/Redis/NoSQL/Hadoop.
  • Kotlin/Scala/Python/Golang/R.
  • Docker Swarm/Kubernetes.
  • JavaScript/Angular/React/CSS3.
  • Aliyun Cloud/AWS.
