Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior software development manager to join our team. As a senior software development manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of software developers in the design, development, and delivery of large-scale distributed applications.

  • Lead and manage a team of software developers in the design, development, and delivery of large-scale distributed applications.">
  • Develop and implement technology strategies and roadmaps to address business challenges and opportunities.">
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the specific needs of our customers.">
  • Actively keep up-to-date with new technologies and promote the adoption of new initiatives.">
  • Ensure security compliance by design and timely patching and upgrades.">
  • Identify and develop skills gaps within the team and provide training and development opportunities to enhance their skills.">
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Minimum of 8 years professional experience in implementing large-scale distributed applications.">
  • Experience in leading and inspiring cross-functional software development teams.">
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps Platform tooling and secure coding practices.">
  • Hands-on experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native applications.">
  • In-depth understanding of coding languages such as C# and Java.">
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure as Code (Container Orchestration, Observability, CI/CD).">
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies and practices such as Scrum, Kanban or Test-Driven Development.">
  • Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) related discipline is advantageous.">
