Job Description
We are seeking an Operational Support Associate to provide administrative support to the daily function of a department in a bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Portfolio, Logistics, Financials, and Workforce of business and technology teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Portfolio, Logistics, Financials, and Workforce of business and technology teams.
- Establish meetings and governance routines for stakeholders.
- Work closely with the country technology executive on day-to-day organization matters.
- Manage expenses through resource changes, onboarding, offboarding, reporting, and metrics, as well as reconciliation with overall APAC Technology organization reports.
- Create and manage information relating to finance, staffing, procurement, or any other service requirement.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in administration, business support, banking, auditing, or consulting.
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Access, Tableau, and PowerPoint is a plus.
- Familiarity with presentation/graphic design is a plus.

We offer a competitive annual salary package, above market medical coverage/insurance, 14 days of Annual Leave, and a 12-month renewable contract with a 2-month notice period.
