Recreational Activity Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Recreational Activity Coordinator to join our team in the kids club area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging recreational activities that promote fun, safety, and education for children.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement daily recreational programs and activities that cater to diverse age groups and interests.
  • Manage and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for children, ensuring their health and well-being at all times.
  • Build relationships with children, families, and colleagues to provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless communication.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful event execution and promote cross-functional teamwork.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve programs and services to meet evolving guest needs and preferences.

Requirements:

  • A minimum 2 years of experience in managing children's recreational activities in a resort or hotel environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver high-quality programs and services that meet or exceed guest expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on building relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of child development principles and practices.
