Competitive / Recreational Gymnastics Coach
Stardust is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our leadership team. This is a pivotal role for a professional who is not only a technical expert but also a mentor and leader, capable of shaping the future of our club program.

The Role
As the Coach, you will be responsible for the advanced development of our competitive and/or recreational gymnasts. You will work closely with the Head Coach and other staff to maintain and elevate the club's standard of coaching. Key responsibilities include:
Designing and implementing
comprehensive training programs for our athletes.
Leading
training sessions with a focus on advanced skills, technique, and competition readiness, where applicable.
Mentoring
junior coaches and assistant coaches to ensure a consistent and effective coaching philosophy across the gym.
Conducting
regular performance assessments and providing constructive feedback to athletes and their parents.
Collaborating
with the Head Coach on team selection, if any, competition strategies, and long-term athlete development plans.
Upholding
the highest standards of safety, ethics, and sportsmanship, and ensuring all training adheres to Singapore Gymnastics guidelines.
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and experienced professional with:
Track record of gymnastics coaching / sports-related experience.
Proven leadership and mentorship abilities.
An expert-level understanding of gymnastics coaching methodologies and the latest trends in the sport.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with athletes, parents, and colleagues.
A strong commitment to continuous professional development.
Qualifications
Minimum high school (or equivalent) certificate
Current CPR/First Aid and Safe Sport certifications.
Proven track record of success at the state, regional, or national level.
